Second Vice President?s Message
Tim O?Neill, Davenport Assumption

I hope this message finds you all well. I am excited to serve the IATC over the next six years. I appreciate all of you that put your trust in me and I hope I can exceed your expectations. I am looking forward to working with Steve Roth and Mike Jay as well as meeting more and more fellow coaches around the state. If we haven?t met, please introduce yourself. Let?s continue to challenge each other as coaches and grow the sport of track and field in both participation and performance within the state of Iowa. I hope many of you will take an active role of service within this great organization. If you are interested in opportunities, please let us know. I feel confident we can find a lot of opportunities to get involved. Best of Luck and Health to all of you this season!

Welcome from Steve Roth - President IATC
Wednesday, 10 February 2016

Welcome to a new year! This year promises to be very interesting in the IATC! Have had some great people step down this year. Bill Neal, Dick Washburn, Marty Thomae, you deserve a big thank you for all that you have done for the kids and IATC. Don?t be a stranger!

So, on to the New Year, my message is to enjoy every day and make the most out of it. There are some great opportunities out there. Take advantage of them! College Indoor season is about over, but I recommend everyone work a college track meet somewhere. Also, a great opportunity to join the IATO. They have done a great job of getting information out on rules for track and field. Lastly, just enjoy the kids you coach because they are very special! Have a great season and I?ll see you at Drake Relays!

Thank you,
Steve Roth
