What does  Kamagra Oral Jelly contain?

It contains Sildenafil Citrate, which belongs  to the family of PDE5 (phosphodiesterase type 5) inhibitor drugs. PDE5-inhibiting drugs are one of the treatment options for erectile dysfunction and are the only FDA-approved oral treatments for erectile dysfunction. 

There are three PDE5-inhibitor treatments existing in the market today:

  • Sildenafil Citrate – we know this by the brand Viagra by Pfizer
  • Tadalafil – contained in Eli Lilly’s Cialis
  • Vardenafil – the drug Levitra by Bayer has this active ingredient

How Does Kamagra Oral Jelly Work?

it belongs to the Sildenafil Citrate family, which is the first discovered PDE5 inhibitor. Regardless of the type, the action of these drugs is the same. The drugs are named as thus due to their specific inhibiting action for the enzyme PDE5 found in the tissues of the penis. 

Does Kamagra Oral Jelly Have Side Effects?

Sildenafil Citrate - containing products have side effects too, so users of Kamagra  can also expect a few side effects with their use (although not everyone experiences side effects): back pain, dyspepsia, headaches, diarrhea, facial flushing or redness, runny nose, nasopharyngitis.

The mentioned side effects are all transient and should go away once the effect of the drug wanes. But if these symptoms persist, patients should contact their doctors immediately. Patients who are experiencing the following side effects from Vidalista should also contact their doctors at once: loss or alteration of vision, hearing loss or any alteration in hearing, tinnitus, chest pain, symptoms of an allergic reaction, heart attack symptoms, nausea, dizziness, or vomiting.

Who can take Kamagra? Kamagra Oral Jelly is a prescription-only medication which should not be used without a doctor’s permission. Not all patients with ED are also prescribed with the drug, as sometimes, simpler treatments and managements are applied before the patients are prescribed with the treatment. Prevalence of disease is one factor which prevents patients from being prescribed with Kamagra Oral Jelly. These are some examples of the conditions which patients may not be allowed to take Sildenafil:  

  • Diabetes (although this depends on the patient’s doctor)
  • Hypertension (depends on the doctor too)
  • End-stage renal disease
  • Age below 18
  • Age above 65 (patients older than 65 are typically not allowed to take PDE5 inhibitors)
